PE Conductive Masterbatch
Product Description:
This product is made of imported superconducting carbon black as functional additive, PE as matrix resin, self-made coupling agent and dispersant, and is extruded and granulated by internal mixer and twin-screw extruder. It can be used to prepare PE, PP and other conductive polyolefin injection products, pipes, sheets and blown film products, with permanent and stable conductivity.
Product advantages:
1. Excellent dispersion, no crystal point, can be used in PE, PP products;
2. Very low surface resistance, usually ≤ 50 Ω;
3. Low addition, 35-40% can make the surface resistance ≤ 105 Ω;
Appearance: black particles
Effective substance content (CB): ≥ 22%
Moisture: ≤ 0.3%
Density: 1.0 ± 0.2g/cm3
Recommended dosage 104-106 Ω: 35-40%
PS Conductive Masterbatch

It can be used to prepare PS, hips and other conductive injection products, sheet and blown film products, with permanent and stable conductivity.

1. Excellent dispersion, which can be used in PS and hips products;
2. Very low surface resistance, usually ≤ 100 Ω;
3. Low addition, 35-40% can make the surface resistance ≤ 105 Ω;

Effective substance content: ≥ 20%
Moisture: ≤ 0.3%
Density: 1.0 ± 0.2g/cm3
Recommended dosage: 104-106 Ω, 35-40%
