Lithium borate (LBO) crystals were grown by molten salt Czochralski method. LBO is an orthorhombic crystal with a point group of mm2, which is composed of continuous network b3o7 molecular groups, and lithium ions are filled in the molecular gap. The compact structure of b3o7 molecular group makes it difficult for LBO crystal to contain any impurities.
Features:
Wide light transmission band range (160-2600nm)
1. Class II non critical phase matching (NCPM) has a wide band range
High frequency doubling conversion efficiency (equivalent to 3 times of KDP crystal)
High damage domain value (1053nm laser with 1.3ns pulse width can reach 10GW / cm2)
Wide receiving angle and small discrete angle
Good optical uniformity and less internal envelope
Application:
1. Nd: YAG laser for medical and industrial purposes
2. High power Nd: YAG and Nd: YLF lasers for scientific research and military purposes
3. Pumping of Nd: YVO4, Nd: YAG and Nd: YLF lasers
4. Ruby, Ti: Sappire and Cr: LiSAF laser
5. Nd: YAG and Nd: YLF lasers
6. Optical parametric amplifier (OPA) and optical parametric oscillator (OPO)
7. Second and third harmonic generation of high power 1340nm Nd: YAP laser
Crystal size up to 10x10x30mm3 and maximum length of 35mm can be provided
It can provide antireflection coating (antireflection coating) and RE polishing of crystals, as well as temperature control furnace and support
